Shipping policy
At Lus Deluné, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship both within the United Kingdom (UK) and internationally.
3. Delivery Estimates

United Kingdom: Orders take approximately 2-3 working days; however, if your item is located in a different warehouse it may take up to 6-7 working days.

United States: Orders take approximately 7 working days.

Other International Orders: Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs delays, courier issues).
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size. Free shipping may be offered during promotions or when order minimums are met (see promotions for details).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking link to monitor the status of your delivery.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply in their country. Lus Deluné is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please first check with your local courier using the tracking number. If still unresolved, contact us at info@lusdelune.com. We will do our best to assist you, but please note that shipping delays outside of our control are not guaranteed.
8. Delivery to Freight Forwarders
Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders; this will be at your own risk.
