You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase is complete. Once your parcel has been prepared for its journey, we will send a personalised dispatch notification including a tracking number to monitor its delivery.

For orders delivered within the United Kingdom, please allow 2-3 business days. International deliveries will arrive within approximately 7 business days.
Please note this timeframe begins once your order is confirmed and includes a 24-hour period for us to carefully prepare and dispatch your parcel. During promotional or sale periods, processing may occasionally extend to 48 hours.

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost parcels while they are in transit back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Please note that we can only refund items which are returned to us.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser’s payment method. Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of us receiving the item. Please note that it may then take your bank or credit card company up to 10 business days to process and post the refund.

We accept exchanges on any full-price garment that is unworn.
Exchanges take approximately 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area. As soon as we ship your item(s), you'll receive an email with the tracking ID to follow up your shipment.
You can exchange your item for any size or other item (dependent on stock), and we will ship the new item to you at no extra charge.
For a more expensive item: If the replacement item costs more, we will email you a payment code for the difference.
For a less expensive item: If the replacement item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
