Returns & Refunds

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your items to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please be advised that loose ends and tiny, slight stains will not be considered as quality issues.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns on eligible items. Please note that shipping costs for returns are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the customer to arrange.

To start a return, please contact us at  info@lusdelune.com. We will then provide you with instructions and the correct return address.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost parcels while they are in transit back to us. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Method: Refunds are provided strictly in the form of a LusDeluné e-gift card, which excludes original shipping costs.

  • Fees: Customers will be charged a $6 restocking fee per item.

  • Processing Time: Return processing typically takes 2–3 weeks to arrive at the warehouse and an additional 2–3 weeks from the date received to be processed.

Exchanges

We strive to provide a hassle-free exchange experience, subject to product availability.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the cost of shipping the new item.

  • Price Differences: * For a more expensive item: We will email you a payment code for the difference.

    • For a less expensive item: The difference will be credited to your e-gift card.

Order Cancellations

To ensure your pieces are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible, we begin processing orders immediately. Because of this, cancellations can only be initiated within 2 hours of order placement. Once this 2-hour window has passed, the order is finalized in our system and cannot be canceled or modified. If you need to request a cancellation within this timeframe, please contact us immediately at info@lusdelune.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Sale Items & Custom Orders

Only items purchased at full price are eligible for a return or exchange. All sale items, products marked Final Sale, and custom-made items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. This includes wholesale orders, which are offered at significant discounts and are non-returnable.

Late Returns

We are unable to accept returns beyond the 7-day window. Any items sent to us after this period may be refused and returned to the sender.

Fraud Prevention

We have a ZERO-tolerance policy for fraudulent orders. Any intentional or malicious immorality will be reported to local police.
